郭贤，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，院长助理，国际摄影测量与遥感学会（ISPRS）“区域和国际教育计划（Regional and International Education Programs）”工作组联合组长，ISC-China青年委员，中位协国际时空服务专委会委员，古建筑安全与节能教育部国际合作联合实验室秘书，法国格勒诺布尔行星与天文实验室访问学者。

主要从事遥感场景理解与场景图、多源地学时空数据智能解译、复杂空间场景数字孪生、城市遥感与文化遗产数字化研究。主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目等科研项目，相关成果发表于 IEEE TGRS、ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing、npj Heritage Science、ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information 等期刊。参与制定标准4项目（国标2项，团标2项）。入选第三批北京建筑大学建大英才，获校级“十佳班主任”、“优秀班级导师”。近年来持续参与 ISPRS Summer School、Geospatial Week、DMGIS 等国际学术活动，并与东南亚及斯里兰卡高校和科研机构开展国际合作。

Xian Guo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Geomatics and Urban Spatial Informatics, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA), where he also serves as Assistant to the Dean. He received his Ph.D. in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Wuhan University in 2015, and conducted research at IPAG, France, and the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His research interests include remote sensing scene understanding and scene graphs, intelligent interpretation of multi-source geospatial data, digital twins of complex spatial scenes, urban remote sensing, and digital heritage. He has led projects funded by the National Key R&D Program of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, with publications in journals including IEEE TGRS, ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, npj Heritage Science, and ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information.

He currently serves as Co-Chair of ISPRS Technical Commission V, Working Group V/2 (2022-2026), and as a member of the Youth Committee of ISC-China. He is actively involved in ISPRS education and capacity-building activities and maintains international collaborations with partners in Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka.
