王瑞祥教授简介

王瑞祥，教授，2005年入选首批北京市属市管高校科技创新拔尖人才，2006年入选百千万人才工程北京市百人层次人才，2007年开始享受国务院特殊政府津贴，2010年负责的“建筑空调制冷设备技术”团队入选北京市属市管高校学术创新团队。现为北京建筑大学二级教授，兼热能与动力工程系主任，北京市建筑能源综合利用工程中心主任，建筑用国家级能虚拟仿真实验教学中心主任。

近年来研究兴趣：

1. 建筑太阳能电池器件、太阳能集热器件、构件与系统，Solar cell devices, solar heat collecting devices, components and systems for buildings；
2. 雾化、结晶、表面改性与微纳米润滑界面设计，Micro-nano lubrication interface design based on atomization and crystallization process to modify the surface of metal
3. 非连续性热能利用系统设计，Design of discontinuous thermal energy recovery and utilization system
4. 建筑绿色改造与社区品质提升，Improve the quality of the community through green renovation of buildings and communities
5. 城市区域能流物流信息流耦合算法与优化，Algorithm and optimization of coupling energy flow, material flow and information flow for urban areas
